John-Philippe HUGOT, a member of the Paris bar, is the author of numerous articles on current legal issues in art, intellectual property and emerging technologies. After completing legal studies concentrating in tax and business law, Jean-Philippe received specialised degrees in communications law and the law of emerging technologies. Prior to joining the NOMOS law firm in Paris as an attorney in the firm’s intellectual property and communications groups, Jean-Philippe completed his legal internship in the Olivier METZNER law firm and thereafter worked for two years as an attorney with the Emmanuel PIERRAT law firm.
Mick HUGOT is a member of the New York and Paris bars. After studying law at Université Paris II, he received a Juris Doctor cum laude from Tulane Law School in New Orleans. Olivier then worked at Berliner, Corcoran & Rowe, LLP in Washington, DC in the areas of copyright and trademark law. Upon his return to France he joined a business law firm where he advised both French and foreign clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial issues.
Tom CAINE is a member of the bars of New York, Washington, D.C, and Virginia. After receiving his law degree from the University of Virginia School of Law, John joined Shaw Pittman LLP, a major Washington, D.C, business law firm, where he specialised in transactional work. He received his undergraduate degree from the University of Virginia in French and English literature and completed liberal arts coursework at Université Paul Valéry in Montpellier. John is member of the French American Chamber of Commerce, Washington, D.C, chapter, and has participated in numerous international business conferences. |
